One of the most dynamic lectures I have ever seen engaging and enthusiastic he involved the audience and managed to make them laugh while still getting across his work in a professional manner. Gravity definitely saved the best till last. His extroverted manner was not just found in his lecture style. Griffiths's work emulated his larger than life attitude in its scale, humour and ambition. Griffiths showed a variety of work he had created just post his Masters at Goldsmiths running through to the present day. My favourite of the seemingly endless list of his work was a piece he made for a disused platform that the public couldn't walk on in the Gloucester Road, London Underground station. My apologies, but unfortunately I wasn't able to attend this lecture.
I was away viewing several exhibitions in London with my crit group.

I felt I had to miss his lecture today, as I thought my time would be more wisely spent improving my Art Context 2 essay. The deadline is Thursday!!
Unfortunately I missed todays lecture by Emma Biggs due to illness
This weeks lecture with Sian Bowen was Cancelled.
An email was sent to say that they would try and re-schedule the lecture. However from past experience I very much doubt that this will happen.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this semesters Transmission and Gravity lectures. Special mention has to go to Penny McCarthy's Art and the Body lectures which as they only run for the first semester have now sadly finished.
Halfway through my second year and I'm certainly ready for the christmas break!
